FlorArte is an event defined as “a garden of art” because here the art mingles with flowers, one enhancing the other. At first this event was conceived to be an exhibition in a class of its own, where each florist creates a floral arrangement inspired by a painting of a chosen artist. The magic of the location: the green house of the park of Villa Negrotto Cambiaso in Arenzano, causes the colours and fragrances to meet together to produce a miraculous result.

This event was started eleven years ago to encourage the setting up of professional art exhibitions in Arenzano, a charming ligurian seaside town, in the monumental green house of the historical park Negrotto Cambiaso.

FlorArte is an anual event which works in collaboration with famous art galleries to select the artists that participate. This ensures that the inspired floral designs continue the ligurian traditional style using locally grown flowers.
